Your privacy.

This website is operated by Mingo Wheelock, a LegalShield Independent Associate.

Email signup

If you choose to sign up, the site saves your email, optional first name, selected interests, any optional membership question you provide, the page where you submitted your inquiry, and the wording and time of your consent. Mingo can use these details to email you about those interests. Signing up is optional and is separate from purchasing a membership or becoming an associate.

Your details are stored using this site’s hosting and database services. They are available through Mingo’s protected contact list. When configured, the site sends Mingo an email notification of your inquiry and saves it to his Google Sheet for follow-up. It does not automatically enroll you in an Elite Associates or LegalShield mailing list or send you an automated marketing email.

Change your mind

To stop receiving emails, or request access, correction, or deletion of your signup, email mingo.wheelock@jkepeli.com. Mingo’s contact export also includes a personal opt-out link for use in follow-up emails. Opted-out addresses are kept as a suppression record so the signup form cannot automatically add them again.

Other services

The video player is provided by YouTube, and the page loads fonts from Google. Opening external links or using these services is subject to their own privacy practices. Basic hosting logs and short-lived rate-limit records help protect the signup form. Your raw IP address is not saved in the contact list.
